Extract text from QuickPlan projects (QPP)

A .QPP file is a proprietary project management plan used by macOS and iOS applications like QuickPlan and Merlin Project. It stores project schedules, task hierarchies, resource assignments, and Gantt chart configurations.
The main disadvantage of the .QPP format is its severe lack of interoperability. Because it is highly proprietary and limited to the Apple software ecosystem, sharing a .QPP file with Windows or Android users, or anyone without a paid subscription to the original software, results in a frustrating dead end. Standard online converters cannot parse the undocumented internal schema.
To effectively share this data, you must convert the .QPP file into universally accepted formats like XML (for Microsoft Project compatibility), CSV (for spreadsheet analysis), or PDF (for static presentation). Note that exporting to raw data like CSV will strip away complex task dependencies and visual Gantt formatting.
