A .PUBLICATION file is an interactive digital app package exported from an Adobe InDesign book using the Twixl Publisher plug-in. It encapsulates multiple digital articles, images, and metadata required to build mobile kiosk apps for iOS and Android via the Twixl Distribution Platform.
Converting or extracting these files is a common necessity due to severe vendor lock-in.
