About NOA files

A .noa file is primarily an ERISA game data archive utilized by visual novels running on the Entis game engine. In other cases, it functions as a proprietary DVR security camera video generated by surveillance systems like NETSurveillance WEB DVR or Nancy DVR. A smaller fraction of these files are legacy audio recordings from HIMIS, Note Anytime, or Nokia PC Suite. The main disadvantage of the .noa format is its completely closed, proprietary nature. Security camera manufacturers intentionally lock their video streams into undocumented formats. This means .noa videos lack standard codecs and cannot be played in modern web browsers or trusted media players like VLC. Users are often forced to install questionable legacy software just to view their own security footage. Similarly, game data archives are heavily compressed asset bundles designed solely for the engine to read, lacking official unpacking tools. To make these files usable, you must convert them. For DVR video files, the best targets are standard MP4 or AVI files, but this usually requires exporting the stream directly from the original DVR interface. For game archives, extraction into standard PNG images or OGG audio is the goal. Because this file format is notoriously difficult to open or convert, standard online converters often fail. Often, only the original software can properly read or export the data. However, you can use convert.guru as a pragmatic workaround. Just drag and drop your file to identify the format, view its internal structure, and convert it when possible. Our platform inspects the binary headers to confirm if you are dealing with a video, archive, or audio file. If our analysis detects a supported underlying or embedded format, viewing or conversion may still be possible.

Convert.Guru analyzes your NOA file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.

Users also converted JPL, LARGE and FULL files.
