The .NA2 file is a legacy contact storage format used primarily as a Personal Address Book by older email clients like Microsoft Exchange Client, Outlook Express, and Netscape Communicator. These files store names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses locally on a user's hard drive. Because .NA2 files rely on proprietary, closed binary structures from the late 1990s, they present major disadvantages today.
