About MS11 files

The .ms11 file is an electronic circuit design schematic created by NI Multisim 11. Engineers and students use these files to design, simulate, and analyze electrical circuits. You can open and edit these files using NI Multisim (formerly Electronics Workbench). Users often need to convert .ms11 files because the format is strictly proprietary. It requires expensive, specialized software to open and cannot be viewed in web browsers or standard document readers. This creates a major barrier when sharing circuit diagrams with clients or team members who do not have a Multisim license. The best conversion targets are PDF, PNG, or JPG for sharing visual schematics, or SPICE netlists for cross-platform simulation. However, standard online converters fail to process .ms11 files because the internal structure is closed and undocumented. Often, only the original National Instruments software can properly read or export the data. If our analysis detects a supported underlying or embedded format, viewing or conversion may still be possible.

Convert.Guru analyzes your MS11 file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.

FAQ

If you want to convert MS11 file to DWG, DXF, DGN, RVT, RFA, SKP, 3DM, STEP, IGES, SAT, X_T or X_B, you can use NI Multisim or similar software from the "Electronic Circuit Simulation" category. In the File menu, look for Save As… or Export….

To convert SLDASM, DGN, PRT, IAM, X_B, CATPRODUCT, SLDPRT, RVT, ASM, DWG, CATPART or DXF files to MS11, try NI Multisim or another comparable tool in the "Electronic Circuit Simulation" category.

The MS11 Converter Story

The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our MS11 converter.
