A .MOR file is typically an encrypted VoIP billing data file used by Kolmisoft MOR software. It can also function as a Character Head Morph file for the game Dragon Age: Origins by BioWare, a game data archive for the Touhou Project series, or an H.264 video recording from specific DVR security systems. Older systems might use it as a Corel WordPerfect thesaurus file.
These files are highly proprietary and present significant challenges. Kolmisoft billing files are encrypted, meaning standard text editors cannot read the data. This requires the original billing software to export to usable formats like CSV. Dragon Age morph files contain game-engine specific vertex data rather than standard 3D meshes, making them useless outside of the Dragon Age: Origins Toolset.
