Extract text from PocketMine data files (MCAPM)

The .MCAPM file stores world region data for PocketMine-MP, a custom server software built for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. It holds 3D blocks, entities, and chunk generation data using an adapted version of the Minecraft Anvil format.
The main disadvantage of .MCAPM is its severe lack of cross-compatibility. You cannot load this file directly into a vanilla single-player Minecraft game or a standard Minecraft Java server. It is a highly specialized, proprietary binary format. Normal text editors will only show scrambled characters because the file utilizes compressed NBT (Named Binary Tag) data mapping.
Users typically want to convert .MCAPM to standard MCA (Java Anvil format) or LevelDB (standard Bedrock format) to migrate servers or play world maps offline. You can also archive them into ZIP or .TAR.GZ files for server backups.
This file format is exceptionally difficult to open or convert. Emphasize that often only the original software or specialized voxel map editors like Amulet Editor can properly read or export the complex block translation data.
