About LSR files
The .LSR file extension primarily belongs to the Apple TV Layered Image format. These files are used in Apple tvOS to store parallax graphics, such as interactive app icons and promotional banners. An .LSR file is technically a standard ZIP archive containing multiple layers of 2D images (usually PNG) and a JSON-based layout file that dictates their 3D movement. You can manage these using the Apple Parallax Previewer. However, this format is highly restrictive. Outside the Apple ecosystem, standard image editors like Adobe Photoshop or web browsers cannot open .LSR files directly.
