For non-technical users, attempting to open CNC machine logs or game data files using standard text editors results in scrambled text or system errors because these are closed, proprietary binary formats.

If you need to extract the raw table list for external use, converting the text-based .LOT to TXT or DOCX is recommended, though you will lose the TeX formatting.
