About JSPA files
A .jspa file is typically either an incorrectly named PDF document (often downloaded from web portals like Ecuador's Revenue Service) or a server-generated HTML page from a Java-based web application like Atlassian Jira. When users download a file from a server utilizing Java Servlets or the Apache Struts framework, the browser's download manager sometimes fails to read the MIME type correctly and saves the file with the .jspa extension from the URL instead of its actual format. The primary disadvantage of a .jspa file on a local computer is that Windows and macOS do not know how to open it by default. Double-clicking it usually results in an error, causing workflow interruptions and confusion for users expecting a standard document. It is not a standalone desktop format, but rather a delivery mechanism anomaly. To make this file usable, you must convert it to its intended format. If it contains official document data or tax records, convert it to PDF for viewing, archiving, and printing. If it is a saved webpage action, convert it to HTML or TXT to read the text content. Drop your file here to analyze and convert it securely right in your browser without installing additional software.
Convert.Guru analyzes your JSPA file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.

The JSPA Converter Story
The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our JSPA converter.
