The .IUS file is an InfoTMIC Firmware Update package. These files bundle system images, bootloaders, and kernel data required to flash or restore Android-based devices running hardware manufactured by Shanghai InfoTM Microelectronics. They are primarily used to recover unresponsive tablets or install updated operating systems.
These proprietary files are typically deployed using specific Windows flashing utilities, such as the IUW (InfoTM Update Wrap) tool, or they are burned directly to a bootable MicroSD card to run during device startup.
