About IC3 files

An .IC3 file is a proprietary 3D project file created by Creative Edge Software iC3D, a specialized application for packaging design and visualization. These files contain a complete virtual product mockup - including the 3D mesh of the container (bottles, cartons, flexible pouches), applied high-resolution textures (labels, shrink wraps), and complex lighting/scene data used for ray tracing.

The Problem: .IC3 files are strictly proprietary. They cannot be opened by standard 3D tools like Blender or Autodesk Maya, nor can they be viewed in web browsers or standard image viewers. This is a common issue for clients and print vendors who receive these files but lack the expensive iC3D license required to view them.

The Solution:

Convert.Guru analyzes your IC3 file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.

Users also converted IC2, IC1 and JBIG2 files.
