The .iadproj file is an iAd Producer Project package created by Apple. Apple designed this tool for developers to visually build rich-media, interactive advertisements for iOS apps without writing extensive code. You originally needed Apple iAd Producer on macOS to open and edit these projects.
This format is obsolete. The iAd App Network was officially discontinued on December 31, 2016, and the software is no longer updated or available. This means .iadproj files are dead, proprietary containers. Standard online converters fail to process them because a .iadproj is actually a macOS bundle (a standard directory that macOS treats as a single file), containing a complex mix of raw media assets and proprietary XML or JSON project structures. It is entirely useless outside of an older macOS environment.
You cannot directly convert this proprietary project into a modern ad-builder project. Instead, users need to extract the embedded media assets trapped inside, targeting standard file formats like PNG, JPG, MP4, or HTML.
