To convert other file formats to the "Medical Log" file type, you need software like Hamilton Connect or a similar tool.

About FLUX files

The .flux extension represents two distinct, specialized data formats used in medical and industrial environments.

1. Hamilton Medical Ventilator Data

The most critical use of this file is as a data log generated by Hamilton Medical mechanical ventilators (such as the HAMILTON-C1 or T1). These files store time-series patient ventilation statistics, alarm logs, and device settings used for clinical review or research.

The Problem: These files are often proprietary binary or non-standard text formats designed exclusively for the Hamilton Connect ecosystem. They cannot be opened directly in Microsoft Excel or standard text editors, making data analysis difficult for researchers.

The Solution:

2. Bosch Flux Component Model

In industrial engineering, this file acts as a system component model document for Bosch Flux Studio. It uses an XML structure to define the behavior and properties of system components, likely within an IoT or simulation context.

The Problem: While XML is human-readable, the raw code is complex and difficult to interpret without the visual context of the original studio software.

The Solution:

Convert.Guru analyzes your FLUX file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.

Users also converted ITG, PS16, MONO, LIST and FP8 files.

FAQ

If you want to convert FLUX file to MONO, LIST, FP8, CSV, JSON, XML, YAML, YML, TOML, INI, CFG or CONF, you can use Hamilton Connect or similar software from the "Medical Data & System Modeling" category. In the File menu, look for Save As… or Export….

To convert DBF, XML, SQLITE, XLSX, SQL, TSV, ACCDB, YAML, MDB, CSV, ODS or JSON files to FLUX, try Hamilton Connect or another comparable tool in the "Medical Data & System Modeling" category.

The FLUX Converter Story

The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our FLUX converter.
