Extract text from Speech data files (ENH)

.ENH files are specialized system data containers created by Nuance Dragon (formerly Dragon NaturallySpeaking), the industry-standard speech recognition software. These files, often labeled as "Enhanced" data, reside within a user's voice profile directory (typically hidden in AppData) and store critical acoustic model optimizations.
Users commonly encounter problems when attempting to open these files because they are mistakenly identified as audio recordings or text drafts. In reality, a .ENH file is a proprietary binary blob containing mathematical adjustments to the speech engine's algorithms - it does not contain the actual words you dictated or the audio of your voice. Consequently, they are completely illegible to standard editors like Microsoft Word and cannot be played in media players.
Because .ENH files are internal dependencies, they cannot be "converted" into readable formats like PDF or MP3 in the traditional sense. Their primary utility is for Archiving or Backup: restoring these files to the correct folder structure allows Dragon to recover a trained user profile after a system crash. For usable documents, users should ignore the .ENH file and instead use Dragon's internal "Save Audio" or "Export Vocabulary" features to generate standard WAV or TXT files.
