You cannot upload it to YouTube or send it to players via WhatsApp because they cannot open it without the paid software. Best Conversion: Open the file in DrillDraw and use the "Export" function to save it as a PDF document or JPG image for universal viewing.
2. Diet & Meal Plan (24%): If the file came from a nutritionist, it is likely a data file from DietMaster Pro. These files contain client profiles, caloric goals, and meal schedules. The Constraints: It is a structured database file, not a text document. You cannot simply open it in Microsoft Word. Best Conversion: The only reliable workflow is using DietMaster Pro to generate a PDF report or export the raw data to CSV for analysis in Excel.
3. 2D CAD Drawing (14%): A legacy or specific exchange format used by IMSI DesignCAD. These contain 2D vector geometry for engineering or architectural drafts. Best Conversion: For professional editing, convert to DWG or DXF. For archiving or client review, convert to PDF.
Important: These formats share the same extension but different underlying structures. You cannot open a Hockey .dde file in DietMaster Pro.
