About ANOM files
The .anom file format is primarily an account checker configuration file used by the Anomaly account checker and OpenBullet 2. These files store automated instruction sets, including HTTP requests, proxy parsing rules, and logic blocks. They are used extensively by penetration testers and data scrapers to automate interactions with target websites, such as credential testing or account creation.
Because these files are highly specialized, they suffer from strict compatibility limits. The major disadvantage of the .anom format is its proprietary syntax. The logic inside is typically written in LoliCode or a custom JSON structure that relies entirely on the parent software's execution engine. You cannot natively run or execute an .anom file in standard web browsers, and opening it without a dedicated IDE can expose confusing, unstructured logic blocks.
Users frequently need to convert .anom files to SVB for use in SilverBullet or to LOLI for older OpenBullet architectures. Exporting the file to standard JSON or TXT is also common for manual code review.
Standard online converters fail to process .anom files because translating custom LoliCode into another engine's syntax requires specialized logic parsing, not just changing the file extension. Just drag and drop your file to identify the format, view it, and convert it when possible. convert.guru can inspect the underlying UTF-8 text structure and extract readable elements, meaning viewing or conversion of the raw parameters may still be possible even if a direct engine translation is unsupported.
Convert.Guru analyzes your ANOM file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.
If you want to convert ANOM file to TMP, TEMP, CACHE, LOG, BAK, OLD, NEW, PART, DOWNLOAD, CRDOWNLOAD, LOCK or PID, you can use OpenBullet 2 or similar software from the "Account Checker Configuration" category. In the File menu, look for Save As… or Export….
To convert DEVICE, CACHE, SOCK, SYMLINK, PID, MOUNT, FIFO, LOG, PIPE, TMP, JUNCTION or TEMP files to ANOM, try OpenBullet 2 or another comparable tool in the "Account Checker Configuration" category.
The ANOM Converter Story
The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our ANOM converter.
