Opening these files typically requires the original WebHat application. Because .WGP functions strictly as a project container, it suffers from several distinct disadvantages. It is highly proprietary, undocumented, and fundamentally useless without the original source media. .WGP files rarely embed high-resolution images; instead, they store local file paths pointing to directories on the creator's hard drive. Consequently, sharing a .WGP file with a client or colleague will result in broken links and rendering errors.
