These are XML-based text files used to generate crossword puzzles or word searches. Teachers often struggle to share these files because they require the specific Schoolhouse software to open. To make these worksheets accessible to students or colleagues who don't have the software installed, the recommended solution is converting them to PDF for printing or DOCX for further editing in Microsoft Word.
