The .VOXAL file extension is exclusively used by Voxal Voice Changer, a real-time audio manipulation tool developed by NCH Software. This file acts as a project or preset container. It stores the specific parameters of an audio effect chain, such as pitch shifting, chorus, reverb, and distortion values. It does not contain actual recorded audio data.
Because it is a highly proprietary configuration file, the .VOXAL format is useless outside of its native ecosystem. You cannot upload it to web browsers, and standard audio players cannot open it.
