Extract text from VCW files

The .vcw extension is primarily associated with the ManyCam live video software, serving as a Video Chat Widget configuration file. These files are structurally JSON documents that define interactive elements, effects, and layout settings for live streams and video calls. Users typically encounter friction when trying to open .vcw files because they are not meant to be double-clicked like a video; they are setting files that must be imported into ManyCam. Without the software, the file appears useless, yet because it is plain text (JSON), it can be converted to TXT or JSON to view or edit the raw configuration data.
A secondary, legacy use case is the eMbedded Visual C++ Workspace file developed by Microsoft. These files were used in older development environments (like eVC++ 3.0/4.0) to manage projects for Windows CE devices.
