The .vbb file extension is most commonly associated with Video Bounding Box annotation files used in MATLAB, specifically within Piotr's Computer Vision Toolbox. These files store frame coordinates and metadata for object tracking in machine learning video datasets. Additionally, .vbb files are utilized by Virtual Breadboard for electronic circuit simulations. In rarer cases, they act as GPS and video data logs for Racelogic VBOX hardware, which are processed using Trimble Business Center.
