A .UHS file is most frequently associated with the Universal Hint System, a format designed to provide progressive game walkthroughs. Unlike standard text guides (TXT) or PDFs (PDF), these files store hints in a structured database that hides spoilers until the user explicitly chooses to reveal them. While excellent for puzzle-heavy adventure games, the format is proprietary and requires the specific UHS Reader to view the content.
