To convert other file formats to the "Mobile & System Logs" file type, you need software like Truecaller or a similar tool.
About SLO files
A .SLO file is typically a proprietary backup or log container that locks your data inside a specific ecosystem, making it inaccessible to standard text editors or media players. The most common variation is a call history backup generated by Truecaller. While effective for restoring data within the app, these files are essentially "black boxes" to the user; you cannot double-click to view your call logs on a desktop, nor can you easily import them into spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel without conversion.
A secondary but significant use case involves the Avaya IP Office suite, where .SLO files serve as System Status Application (SSA) logs or proprietary screen recordings. These files are strictly designed for debugging via the specific SSAViewer utility. The friction here is high: unless you have the exact version of the Avaya administration tools installed, the file is useless.
Conversion Strategies:
For Truecaller Backups: The goal is readability. Convert these files to CSV or XLSX to analyze call history in spreadsheets, or to PDF for legal archiving and printing.
For Avaya Logs: Convert to TXT to strip proprietary formatting and parse the raw log data, or check for standard video encapsulation if dealing with screen captures.
Convert.Guru analyzes your SLO file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.
Users also converted SLO9 and D2R files.

The SLO Converter Story
The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our SLO converter.
