A .RXC file is a Roxio Certificate File utilized primarily by Roxio Creator and legacy media management tools developed by Sonic Solutions. It functions as a digital software passport, storing heavily encrypted validation data and registration certificates necessary to authorize program execution on a specific machine.
These files are generated automatically during the installation process and are strictly meant to be read natively by Roxio software.
