About RHP files
The .RHP file is a compiled software plug-in created for Rhinoceros 3D, a popular commercial 3D computer graphics and computer-aided design (CAD) application developed by Robert McNeel & Associates. These files are typically written in C++, C#, or Python and compiled into a format that Rhino can load at runtime to add new commands, custom rendering engines, or complex macro functionalities. Structurally, a .RHP file is essentially a renamed Windows DLL (Dynamic Link Library) or EXE (Executable) file containing machine code specifically targeted at the Rhino API. Because .RHP files contain compiled executable code rather than geometry or documents, they have a major disadvantage: they cannot be directly opened on mobile devices, web browsers, or macOS without proper emulation or an explicit Mac build.
