Extract text from RealOne media files (R1M)

The .R1M file is a proprietary RealOne Streaming Media File developed by RealNetworks. It was designed to deliver streaming audio and video content over the internet. These files were originally intended to be opened with the legacy RealOne Player, which later evolved into RealPlayer.
