A .q5q file is a proprietary preset file used by SuperBladePro, a popular 3D surface and texture generating plugin created by Flaming Pear Software for Adobe Photoshop and Corel PaintShop Pro. The main disadvantage of the .q5q format is that it is strictly a settings file, not an actual image. It requires a paid host application and a specific, proprietary plugin to be of any use.
