Playing .PSF2 files natively is impossible on modern devices. They are proprietary and do not work in standard media players, web browsers, or mobile phones. A .PSF2 file is not a conventional audio waveform stream like an MP3; instead, it is a sequenced format containing instrument samples, playback instructions, and driver code that strictly requires a software emulator of the PS2's SPU2 sound chip to generate audio.
