Extract text from OBK files

The .OBK extension typically serves as a safety net, most commonly functioning as a backup for pCon.planner, a professional 3D interior design application. These files are essentially snapshots of your spatial planning projects, often generated automatically to prevent data loss. The friction here is obvious: because they are proprietary backup containers (often masquerading as ZIP archives), you cannot simply double-click them to view your 3D layout in standard viewers or web browsers. You are locked into reinstalling the specific planning software just to see the contents.
Another significant variation is the OBook e-book file, used by dictionary tools like GoldenDict. Unlike the design backup, this is actually an SQLite database storing text and definitions. Users often find themselves stuck with this format when they want to migrate their dictionary data to a more portable format like PDF or EPUB for reading on tablets or standard e-readers. For pCon files, the most practical workflow is often treating them as archives to extract the internal PEC or DWG assets.
