The .nfs13save file is a proprietary game save data container used exclusively by Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012). It stores critical player data, including campaign progress, unlocked vehicles, race statistics, speed points, and custom control settings. The format is strictly managed by the game engine developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts (EA).
These files present significant usability challenges outside of the game environment. The .nfs13save format is entirely proprietary, meaning the internal structure is undocumented and closed source.
