The .MOEF file format is an Apple Motion Effect Project Template. It is utilized by video editors and motion graphics artists to create, save, and distribute custom visual effects for Apple Final Cut Pro. Under the hood, these files are complex XML documents that store parameters, keyframes, layers, and references to external media assets rather than actual video data.
