Convert LLT to another file type
To convert LLT LogiTRACE files to another format, you need LogiTRACE or other Cad software.
Convert a file to LLT
To convert other file formats to the "CNC Manufacturing File" file type, you need software like LogiTRACE or a similar tool.
About LLT files
A .LLT file is most commonly associated with LogiTRACE, a specialized CAD/CAM software used in the HVAC and sheet metal industry for unfolding complex geometrical parts. These files contain 2D or 3D vector definitions of ductwork, cones, or pipes designed to be 'unfolded' into flat patterns for cutting. The catch for users is that .LLT is a proprietary format locked to the LogiTRACE ecosystem; you cannot simply double-click to open them in standard CAD tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Users typically need to convert these files to DXF for CNC laser cutting, STEP for 3D assembly modeling, or PDF for client approval/archiving.
Alternatively, an .LLT file may be a Low Latency Transport log file or a generic web browser log. These are plain text files containing network traffic data or error logs, often generated by Veritas systems or legacy web browsers. While these can be opened with any text editor, they are often mistaken for system files. For CAD users, the inability to view the 'unfolded' flat pattern without a license key (often dongle-protected) is a major workflow blocker.
Convert.Guru analyzes your LLT file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.
If you want to convert LLT file to CSV, JSON, XML, YAML, YML, TOML, INI, CFG, CONF, DAT, DB or SQL, you can use LogiTRACE or similar software from the "Sheet Metal Unfolding Data" category. In the File menu, look for Save As… or Export….
To convert DBF, XML, SQLITE, XLSX, SQL, TSV, ACCDB, YAML, MDB, CSV, ODS or JSON files to LLT, try LogiTRACE or another comparable tool in the "Sheet Metal Unfolding Data" category.
The LLT Converter Story
The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our LLT converter.
