Extract text from auction files (ISALE)

The .ISALE file format stores auction listings created in iSale, a macOS application developed by equinux for designing and managing eBay auctions. These files contain item descriptions, pricing data, HTML templates, and embedded images.
Users need to convert these files because iSale is legacy software that struggles with modern eBay API changes. The .ISALE format is strictly proprietary. You cannot open these files natively on Windows, mobile devices, or web browsers. They trap your product descriptions and images in an inaccessible, closed ecosystem.
The best conversion targets are HTML or TXT to recover your listing text, and JPG or PNG to extract your product photos. Exact visual layout rendering will likely be lost outside the original software.
