About HOR files

A .HOR file primarily stores solar analysis horizon data, defining shading and horizon obstruction profiles for photovoltaic yield simulations. It is heavily utilized by professional solar engineering software such as PV*SOL and RADIANCE. Alternatively, the extension is used for geomagnetic observatory data formatted to the IAGA-2002 standard by INTERMAGNET, or for proprietary horoscope charts generated by Placidus astrology software.
