The .HND file extension is primarily a HelpNDoc Project file developed by IBE Software. It serves as the master project container for authoring help manuals, documentation, and eBooks. Internally, a modern .HND file is structured as an SQLite database. This means it stores text, tables of contents, keywords, and internal relationships in an organized, but proprietary, relational structure.
