Extract text from plugin or data files (DLE)

To convert other file formats to the "3D Exporter Plugin" file type, you need software like Autodesk 3ds Max or a similar tool.
The .DLE file extension is primarily associated with two completely distinct software ecosystems. Most commonly, it functions as an Autodesk 3ds Max Exporter Plugin. These files are compiled executable libraries - structurally identical to Windows DLL or EXE files - that Autodesk 3ds Max loads into memory to add support for exporting 3D models into new formats (such as game engine-specific formats). Alternatively, a .DLE file can be a Dự toán G8 construction cost estimation data file, which is a proprietary project file used extensively in the Vietnamese construction industry to store labor, material, and bidding data.
The main disadvantage of the .DLE format is its rigid, closed nature. For 3ds Max users, a .DLE is compiled machine code. It is not a 3D model, it cannot be 'opened' by a user, and it is strictly tied to specific versions of the software (e.g., a plugin compiled for 3ds Max 2022 will often crash in 3ds Max 2024). For Dự toán G8 users, the file is a locked, proprietary database that requires a costly localized software license to read.
Because these are closed, proprietary, or compiled formats, standard online converters completely fail to process them. You cannot simply convert an executable plugin into a JPG or PDF. If our analysis detects the underlying PE (Portable Executable) structure of a plugin, or embedded text data in a G8 project file, viewing raw strings or partial data extraction may still be possible.
