The .DC1 file is a proprietary data format primarily used for Russian tax declaration forms generated by the Декларация (Declaration) software. Secondary uses include CAD drawings saved as DevCad documents and legacy Bloomba e-mail messages created by Yahoo!. These files present significant usability challenges. They are heavily proprietary, strictly localized, and unsupported by standard operating systems or web browsers.
