A .CLARIFY file is a proprietary project document created by Clarify, a discontinued screenshot and tutorial creation application developed by Blue Mango Learning Systems. Originally used by support teams, educators, and technical writers, these files bundle together multiple captured screen images, rich text descriptions, and graphical annotations (like arrows, boxes, and highlights) into a single procedural guide.
Since Blue Mango officially discontinued the Clarify app in February 2018 to focus on their enterprise product ScreenSteps, these files have become a major liability.
