About AMW files
An .AMW file is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) diagram. It stores statistical relationships, variables, and path analyses used by researchers and data scientists. These files are primarily created and managed using IBM SPSS Amos, a specialized add-on for the SPSS statistical suite. The .AMW format is heavily restricted. It is a proprietary file type that requires an expensive software subscription to open. You cannot view the diagrams in standard web browsers or image viewers.
