Extract text from Prokon and ARINC 424 files (A03)

The .A03 file extension primarily represents two distinct and highly specialized file types: a Structural Frame Analysis Model used by Prokon Frame Analysis, or an Aviation Navigation Database file conforming to the ARINC 424 standard. Prokon files store load-bearing data, geometry, and material properties for structural engineering. ARINC 424 files store global aeronautical data like waypoints, airways, and airport data for aircraft Flight Management Systems (FMS).
To open the structural model, you must use Prokon Frame Analysis. Opening the aviation navigation file requires specialized avionics database parsers or flight planning software.
These are closed, proprietary data formats. They are virtually impossible to open without their native software. An engineer cannot easily share a Prokon .A03 file with a client who lacks a Prokon license. Similarly, ARINC 424 files are fixed-length data structures that look like a massive wall of gibberish text to the untrained eye. Standard online converters fail to process them because their internal schemas are strictly protected and highly technical.
