About XZFX files
The .xzfx file is a proprietary data format created by ZipLogix ZipForm (now managed by Lone Wolf Technologies). Real estate agents and brokers use these files to store, package, and transfer transaction forms, digital contracts, and electronic signature metadata.
To interact with an .xzfx file natively, users must possess an active, paid subscription to the ZipLogix ecosystem. The major disadvantage of this format is its closed, restrictive architecture. It is not supported by web browsers, standard text editors, or generic document viewers. This forces all involved parties to use the same software platform just to view critical real estate contracts. Sharing data with clients usually requires exporting the forms to PDF first.
Because it is a highly proprietary format, standard online converters fail to process .xzfx files. Often, only the original software can properly read or export the visual layout of the data. If our analysis detects a supported underlying or embedded format - such as compressed XML code - viewing or partial conversion may still be possible.
Convert.Guru analyzes your XZFX file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.
If you want to convert XZFX file to INDD, QXP, PUB, PMD, PM6, PM7, PM8, PM9, PM10, PM11, OMP or P65, you can use ZipLogix ZipForm or similar software from the "Real Estate Transaction Data" category. In the File menu, look for Save As… or Export….

The XZFX Converter Story
The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our XZFX converter.
