A .saveddeck file is an obsolete Nokia Saved Web Page. It represents a downloaded WML (Wireless Markup Language) deck from the early mobile internet era, where pages were structured as 'decks' containing multiple smaller screens called 'cards'. Users must convert this file because the format is practically unusable today. Modern desktop and mobile web browsers do not support WML natively. The format is a restrictive, low-bandwidth relic from the 2G network era, lacking support for CSS, modern JavaScript, or standard image rendering.
