Extract text from Planner 5D projects (P5D)

The .P5D file is a proprietary home design project created by Planner 5D. Users rely on these files to store interactive 2D floor plans, 3D interior layouts, furniture arrangements, lighting configurations, and texture settings for architectural and room planning.
Planner 5D is the primary software required to natively open, edit, or render .P5D files.
The main disadvantage of the .P5D format is its closed, proprietary ecosystem. You cannot natively open it with standard CAD viewers or 3D modeling tools like AutoCAD or Blender. Sharing these raw project files with clients or contractors is highly impractical because the recipient must install the Planner 5D application, and they may need a paid premium subscription to properly load the full catalog of high-resolution textures and furniture items used in your specific design.
To make your designs universally accessible, you must export them. Converting architectural floor plans to PDF or rendering 3D camera views to JPG or PNG are the most pragmatic target formats for client communication.
This file format is exceptionally difficult to convert using third-party tools because it acts as a structured database of coordinates and proprietary asset references rather than a standard 3D mesh. Often, only the original software can properly read or export the geometric data.
