Extract text from Origin analysis themes (OIS)

The .OIS file is an Origin Analyses Theme file used to store custom mathematical parameters, dialog box configurations, and workflow settings for scientific data analysis. These files allow researchers to save a specific analysis routine and apply it to multiple datasets automatically.
To open or apply an .OIS file natively, you must use Origin, the proprietary graphing and data analysis software developed by OriginLab.
