Working with these files outside of their original environment is difficult and requires every user to install the exact same version of the Versioned Artifacts software. If you need to migrate your tasks to modern issue trackers, you must convert the file. The best targets for migration are open formats like XML, JSON, or CSV. However, while the raw text of the bugs and ToDo lists will transfer, you will lose the specific software integrations and version-control hooks.
